Arthur Leong (born 1931) is a Chinese-born New Zealand former association football player who represented New Zealand at international level.

Leong was born in China and moved to New Zealand in 1947. He played club football for North Shore United, Eastern Suburbs and Blockhouse Bay.

He made his debut for the New Zealand national team in a 1958 FIFA World Cup qualification match against Australia on 14 September 1957. He went on to make a total of 12 appearances for the All Whites, scoring one goal.

His final appearance for New Zealand was a 0–10 defeat against England on 25 May 1963.

After retiring from playing, Leong became a coach. He managed North Shore United, Eastern Suburbs and the New Zealand national team.

He was inducted into the New Zealand Football Hall of Fame in 1997.
