Kutbettin Arzu (born 1955) is a Turkish politician who served as the Minister of Culture and Tourism from 2013 to 2015.

Arzu was born in 1955 in Erzurum, Turkey. He graduated from Atatürk University with a degree in economics. He then worked as a civil servant in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

In 2002, Arzu was elected to the Turkish Parliament as a member of the Justice and Development Party (AKP). He was re-elected in 2007 and 2011.

In 2013, Arzu was appointed Minister of Culture and Tourism. He served in this position until 2015.

During his time as Minister of Culture and Tourism, Arzu oversaw the construction of several new museums and cultural centers. He also worked to promote Turkish culture and tourism abroad.

In 2015, Arzu was elected to the Turkish Parliament for a fourth term. He currently serves as the chairman of the AKP’s parliamentary group.

Arzu is married and has two children.
