Paul Kazuhiro Mori (10 December 1938 – 2 September 2023) was a Japanese prelate of the Roman Catholic Church.
Mori was born in Yokohama, Japan, on 10 December 1938. He was ordained a priest of the Order of Discalced Carmelites on 23 March 1962. He was incardinated into the Archdiocese of Tokyo in 1977.
On 3 December 1984, Mori was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Tokyo and Titular Bishop of Fata.
He was ordained a bishop on 23 February 1985.
Mori resigned as Auxiliary Bishop of Tokyo on 10 May 2000. He died in Tokyo on 2 September 2023.
Bishop Mori was a member of the Order of Discalced Carmelites.
He was also a member of the Japanese Bishops’ Conference.
