R. S. Shivaji, Indian actor (Apoorva Sagodharargal, Kolamaavu Kokila, Dharala Prabhu).

R. S. Shivaji was brought into the world on October 26, 1956 and passed on September 2, 2023, he was an Indian entertainer, who was known for his work in Tamil movies.

He had served as an assistant director, sound designer, and line producer on film projects with Kamal Haasan and Raaj Kamal Films International on numerous occasions.

R. S. Shivaji was the child of entertainer and maker M. R. Santhanam, who dealt with films including Ellis R. Dungan’s Meera (1945).

His brother Santhana Bharathi is also a well-known actor and director who has worked in Tamil (Kollywood) cinema.

As an entertainer, R. S. Shivaji fundamentally played parody jobs and consistently highlighted in Kamal Haasan’s movies during the 1980s and 1990s.

His Saar! The dialogue from Apoorva Sagodharargal (1989), directed at Janagaraj, Neenga Engeyo Poiteenga, sir, was frequently parodied in subsequent Tamil films.

He played Vivek’s assistant and Nayanthara’s father, respectively, in Kolamavu Kokila and Dharala Prabhu.
