  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (you can use dairy or non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, if you prefer a chilled smoothie)


  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. If you’re using frozen strawberries, you can skip this step.
  2. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  3. Place the strawberries, banana chunks, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) into a blender.
  4. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add more frozen strawberries or a few ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sweetener.
